FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic systems of railway rolling stock. One spring is used to act on equalising web of operation unit. Second end of said spring thrust against inner surface of screwed-in cap-retainer locked by constrictor arranged on its case. Spring length and rigidity are selected to ensure pressure linear law in brake cylinder existing in braking.
EFFECT: smooth and efficient braking.
