FIELD: railway transport; brake systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to brake of rail vehicles, mainly to devices to control pressure in brake cylinder of rail vehicle depending on load of car. Proposed autoregulator has damper part with rod, device to control pressure and load take-up mechanism. Pneumatic damper with rod is arranged in upper damper part. Fitted on end of rod is pushed engaging with valve of pressure control device arranged in lower part of autoregulator. Diaphragm of autoregulator rests in unloaded state on ribs of fixed insert made in form of smooth curve. Mechanism to take up load is arranged between damper and pressure control device. Elongated part of ball support of load take-up mechanism acts onto rod body.

EFFECT: provision of compact device preserving required parameters and reliability of load duty autoregulator at simultaneous reduction of over all dimensions and weight characteristics.
