FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to building material industry, and namely to manufacturing of foam-ceramic materials. Manufacturing method of foam-ceramic products involves mixing of clay, filler, combustible, stabilising and fluxing additives, liquid glass, plastifier, portland cement, water and foaming agent, moulding, drying and burning of products. Saw dust with particle size of 0.25-0.315 mm is used as combustible additive, ceramic brickbats - as filler, powdered glass and aluminium etching waste with density of 1.05-1.3 g/cm3 - as fluxing additive, and foam prepared separately - as foaming agent. At that before component mixing there shall be crushed clay, ceramic brickbats and powdered glass to particle size of 70-100 microns. Mixture component ratio is as follows, wt %: clay - 36.30-41.90, ceramic brickbats - 7.72-9.10, aluminium etching waste - 3.20-5.30, powdered glass - 6.30-9.70, liquid glass -1.25-1.29, saw dust - 1.90-4.40, plastifier - 0.10-0.20, portland cement - 4.25-4.80, foam - 0.30-0.40, and water - 30.10-32.60.
EFFECT: improving strength, and reducing thermal conductivity.
