SUBSTANCE: drum-type washing machine has casing, unit comprising water tank located within casing, vibration suppressor having lower part fixed near casing part defining base, and unit for detecting offset of unit comprising water tank. Offset detection unit is positioned between unit comprising water tank and casing part defining base. Vibration suppressor holds unit comprising water tank at place closer to casing front side than center of gravity of unit comprising water tank, and offset detection unit is positioned closer to rear side of casing than vibration suppressor.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in precise detecting water tank vibrations.
