FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to power engineering, particularly to gas valves, used in devices for burning of a gaseous fuel and it can be implemented in gas burning devices of steam and hot water boilers. The gas valve consists of a case with a control and regulating unit, an upper reservoir, a diaphragm, a membrane with two position gate, a drainage nozzle and a pressure source nozzle, a membrane with a rigid center and a valve saddle, a channel with a jet, a gas line; at that a burner is connected with the gas line by means of a tap, while by means of impulse pipes the case of the gas valve is connected with a furnace, draught, flame and temperature sensors, a thermo regulator with a sensor, an igniter with a thermo bimetallic plate and a start button. The gas valve is additionally equipped with a main gas sensor; at that the latter and a flame sensor nozzle are arranged successively above the thermo bimetallic plate of the igniter and designed to open the main gas sensor by means of the start button; while the control and regulating unit is connected with main gas sensor by means of the impulse pipe.

EFFECT: upgrading the reliability of a gas burner with simplification of its design and providing an improved system of a gas supply control.
