SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing canned food based upon by-products for cosmic nutrition. The method should be fulfilled due to cutting, frying and reducing kidneys upon a chopper, chopping, freezing and reducing new white cabbage upon a chopper, cutting, frying in melted butter and grating carrots, parsley root and onions, grating the garlic, frying wheat flour in melted butter and mixing the above-mentioned components with bone broth, tomato paste, sugar, common salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts of the preset micromycete type biomass, hot black pepper and laurel leaf. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes followed by sealing and sterilization. New canned food is of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dishes.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
