FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making access to humeral articulation with subscapular muscle being naked. The muscle is transected through its muscular part. The proximal portion of the muscle is attached to soft tissues in front of scapula cervix. Allograft taken from cerebral dura mater is sutured above the fixed proximal portion of the muscle. The allograft is covered by suturing distal portion of the subscapular muscle in the area of lesser tubercle of the humerus. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in strengthening anterior region of the humeral articulation.
