FIELD: polymer materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluoroelastomers showing excellent combination of mechanical properties, residual compaction, and low-temperature properties as well as to process of production thereof. Curable fluoroelastomers are obtained via polymerization of following monomers: hydrogenated fluoro-C2-C8-olefins, fluorovinyl ethers of general formula CFX=CXOCF2OR (I), bis-olefins having general formula , and optionally one or more fluorinated olefin comonomers selected from perfluoroalkylvinyl ethers CF2=CFOR2 f, perfluorooxyalkylvinyl ethers CF2=CFOXa, perfluoro-C2-C8-olefins, one or more non-fluorinated C2-C8-olefin, wherein indicated fluoroelastomers contain iodine and/or bromine atoms in their chains and/or terminal chain groups. Fluoroelastomer mixtures cured with peroxide or ionic method and containing above fluoroelastomers as well as industrial products are also described.
EFFECT: improved mechanical and elastic properties of fluoroelastomers, increased resistance to low temperatures, and increased yield of fluoropolymer expressed in kg polymer/h*liter water.
