FIELD: chemistry of polymers, chemical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to perfluoroelastomers showing very good combination of mechanical properties, residual constriction and properties at low temperatures and to a method for their synthesis. Perfluoroelastomers vulcanized by peroxide method are synthesized by polymerization reaction of the following monomers: (a) tetrafluoroethylene (TEF); (b) fluorovinyl esters of the general formula: CFX=CXOCF2OR (I); (c) bis-olefins of the general formula: R1 1R1 2C=CR1 3-Z-CR1 4=CR1 5R1 6 (IA), and (d) optionally, one or more fluorinated olefin co-monomers wherein indicated perfluoroelastomers comprise iodine and/or bromine atoms in chain and/or at chain terminal groups wherein indicated iodine and/or bromine atoms are formed based on iodine-containing and/or bromine-containing co-monomers, and/or based on agents for chain transfer used in the polymerization reaction. Also, invention describes perfluoroelatomeric mixtures vulcanized by peroxide method and containing abovementioned fluoroelastomers and industrial articles. Invention provides improving mechanical and elastomeric properties of fluoroelastomers, high resistance to low temperatures, high yield of fluoropolymer in kg of polymer/(h x l of water).
EFFECT: improved method of synthesis, improved and valuable properties of polymer.
