FIELD: nonferrous industry; devices for supervision over the production process characteristics of the aluminum electrolytic baths.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of automation of the production process of aluminum from the cryolite-aluminous melts and may be used for the supervision and adjustment of the electrolysis process, the supervision of the value of the inverse electromotive force (EMF), the active resistance, the aluminum oxide concentration in the electrolyte and the among-poles spacing. The technical result of the invention is the increased accuracy of the supervision over the active resistance, the inverse electromotive force (EMF), the aluminum oxide concentration in the electrolyte and the among-poles spacing (the spacing interval between the anode and cathode) of the aluminum electrolytic bath. The device contains: the circuit of measurement of the voltage drop in the electrolytic bath; the circuit of measurement of the electric current of the series; the supervision computing system (SCS); the direct current conducting bridge; the inductive sensor. The system meters the voltage drop on in the electrolytic bath and the current value of the series of the current direct and alternating components on the frequencies of 600 Hz, 1200 Hz and 2400 Hz. Separation of the harmonics is exercised by the digital filters.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased accuracy of the supervision over the active resistance, the inverse electromotive force, the aluminum oxide concentration in the electrolyte and the spacing interval between the anode and cathode of the aluminum electrolytic bath.
