SUBSTANCE: invention may be used to stabilise process mode and to increase efficiency of electrolytic baths. Method includes system of automatic control of power thyristors of rectifying unit designed for power sufficient to compensate current reduction during anode effects at electrolytic cells of series connected to rectifying set, rectifying unit is connected parallel to rectifying unit.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of electrolytic baths operation due to stabilisation of process, elimination of influence of magnetic-hydraulic-dynamic process in melt at process of electrolysis.
