FIELD: vibratory equipment, particularly to drive pile member in and remove from ground and to compact ground, blast and stone bed.
SUBSTANCE: vibratory pile driver provided with adjustable static balance weight momentum comprises shafts with balance weights grouped in two layers, differential gear kinematically linking balance weight shafts with each other and including rotary body, two coaxial conical gear wheels and the third conical gear wheel brought into engagement with two first ones. Pile driver also has balance weight shaft rotation drives, which also provide limited differential gear body rotation. Vibratory pile driver comprises one or several horizontal balance weight shaft rows in each layer. One balance weight shaft layer is kinematically linked to shaft of one coaxial conical gear wheel of differential gears through common shaft or through cylindrical toothed gearing. The second layer is connected to another coaxial conical gear wheel of differential gear through common shaft or through cylindrical toothed gearing.
EFFECT: elimination of rigid link between balance weights and gears, which results in expanded parameter range, decreased pile driver mass and size and increased device reliability.
