FIELD: oil and gas extractive industry, well drilling, possible use for hermetically connecting generator and well equipment in face telemetry systems, working under high environmental pressure.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, two-side operation of collar ensures sealing of well equipment if drilling mud or oiling liquid of generator penetrate the winding, immersed in sealing agent, and enter the internal hollow of generator, and also protects generator from drilling mud influx through the socket in case of depressurization of well equipment. Connection contains interconnected case of well equipment and generator axis, electric socket, mounted serially and concentrically in axis: collar with electric inputs passing through it, electro-insulating washer, stopping washer pressed by a nut. On the side of generator winding, outputs distributor is mounted, in form of cylindrical insert of electro-insulating material, made with longitudinal grooves in amount similar to that of electric inputs which include electro-insulating safety bushings with contact leaves held in hollow screws. Connecting wire is let through hollow screw, bent along the contact leaf and soldered through. Electric inputs are made with conic surfaces, diameter of which increases towards connection of connecting wires for which apertures are made in ends of electric inputs, collar being manufactured by pressing of elastic material with advance setup of electric inputs in press-form, electric inputs projecting above collar ends. Electric inputs projecting above collar ends localize electro-insulating washer and output distributor, preventing their radial movement. A finger is mounted between electro-insulating and supporting washers, orienting apertures for connecting wires in stopping and electro-insulating washer. Circular shelves are made on end surfaces of output distributor and electro-insulating washer, facing the collar, providing its packing under lesser axial load. Packing degree is controlled by distance washer, mounted between stopping washer and nut, as which a part of composite axis is used, upon which the electrical socket is mounted. Gaps are made between ends of electric inputs and supporting surfaces in electro-isolating washer and in output distributor.
EFFECT: increased reliability and efficiency of well device packing, prevented damage to wires by sharp edges of openings during generator assembly, prevented twisting of wires during tightening of compaction.
