FIELD: thermometry, applicable for determination of the temperature of an object cooled by a thermoelectric battery located on the foundation inside the sealed instrument.

SUBSTANCE: prior the final loss of sealing of the instrument the calibration dependence of the electrical resistance of the thermoelectric battery depending on the temperature of the object heat simulator is found out, hereinafter this dependence is used at determination of the temperature of object cooling in real time. The invention does not require any use of a temperature-sensitive element.

EFFECT: simplified instrument construction and enhanced depth of object cooling.
