FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat exchangers and can be used in gel-extrusion 3D-bioprinting. Process equipment elements temperature control device, in the housing of which along its longitudinal axis a heat exchange unit is installed, in the lower part of the device there is an air inlet chamber, which rises upwards and is supplied by a fan located along the axis, and in the upper part of the device there is a chamber for used air outlet. Air duct is made with variable cross-section and is formed by the fan impeller body along the entire length of the zone thermal control, creating a confuser, changing into diffuser at air outlet, with a heat exchange unit located in the zone of their conjugation. At that, initiation of air flow is carried out in the entire volume of space formed by the inner surface of the impeller body and the outer surface of the heat exchange unit, and technologically required interval of gel temperature and speed of rotation of impeller is provided by controller depending on proper intensity of heat exchange.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of the device.
