FIELD: experimental medicine.

SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to create aseptic necrosis of vertebral bony tissue. For this purpose one should introduce under aseptic conditions a needle with mandrin into a spinous process of the studied vertebra under general anesthesia. On removing the mandrin one should apply a syringe to the needle. Then it is important to introduce 0.5 ml the mixture of chemical substances being 40%-glucose solution and 96%-ethanol at 1:1 ratio. After that the needle should be removed to apply an aseptic bandage. The innovation enables to simplify and decrease labor intensity in reproducing an adequate model of osteochondrosis.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of modeling.
