FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves creating blood circulation disorder conditions in soft tissues of tubular bone epiphysis. To do it, needle with mandrin are introduced into epiphysis under study under general anesthesia condition in aseptic mode. 1 ml of mixture is introduced via the needle after removing mandrin from the needle. The mixture contains equal parts of 10% calcium chloride solution and 96% ethyl alcohol.
EFFECT: improved aseptic necrosis model reproducibility as a result of additional mechanical injury of epiphysis tissue.
