SUBSTANCE: baking apparatus has metal hearth with electric heating members, movable carriage positioned above surface metal hearth so as to be regulated in vertical plane and equipped with adjustable electric heating members. Also, metal hearth has automatic baking mode controlling devices which additionally control electric heating members of the entire apparatus. Hearth may be made in the form of rectangle, square, composite circle and/or circular sector.
EFFECT: simplified construction and wider operational capabilities of baking apparatus.
