FIELD: mechanic.
SUBSTANCE: automated train containing vertical unwinding device, which consists of adjustable rolling mechanisms and tunnel oven with heating elements, installed in series. In front of the unwinding device, the train additionally contains forming machine with gearing, inclined feeding transporter, damping apparatus with a feeding and vapor utilization system installed after the tunnel oven, inclined feeding transporter with a cooling system, after which a shearing mechanism is located, installed on the slope conveyor, and an automated system with back coupling. At the end of the train, packing machines using vacuum-packing devices are installed.
EFFECT: increase in production efficiency.
