FIELD: medicine, psychotherapy, medicinal and correction psychology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation should be applied in psychological practice at treating posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and chronic neurotic stress-induced disorders, in rehabilitation and psychological correction of a patient. So, the method should be implemented by carrying out psychotherapy in 4 stages: at the first stage - subclinical - it is necessary to increase a patient's self-consciousness due to: carrying out trainings and elaborating the skills: perception without prejudices, empathy - nonverbal, verbal, emotional, positive thinking and attitude to a patient himself and other people, realization of one's own behavioral skills for manifesting functional ego-states. At the second stage - personal - it is important to form the skills for a person's functioning without prejudices due to carrying out trainings to realize: the regulations of ego-states functioning, the stereotype of functioning of one's own personality, the regulations of conflict development and the ways to solve this conflict, the regulations of a person's functioning depending upon internal life position; to elaborate: the skills of transition from one functional state of a personality into another; to form: the skills for transition from one life position into another, constructive personal functioning. At the third stage - interpersonal - one should form in a patient the skills for creative role behavior due to dramatizing psychological games accepted in trans-act analysis, manipulative situations among familiar and unknown people, studying during trainings to distinguish manipulative and honest relations, understanding the motives leading to role-manipulative relations among familiar and unknown people, elaborating the skills to leave a psychological game, forming the skills of protectoral inter-personal interaction, getting the skills to predict the situation. At the fourth stage - a scenario - it is necessary to form creative life position, change a patient's life plan due to dramatizing fairy tales, understanding in trainings: one's own role in the scenario, and other roles, as well, the structure of one's own scenario plan and that of other people, the laws in the development of a scenario plan, forming in trainings the skills to leave a scenario plant, building life purposes and ways for their achievement.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
