FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for application in field of training technologies for countering xenophobia, chauvinism and extreme nationalism. Participant of training, who is not a professional vocalist, supposedly staying in located in population aggregate of their residence open or closed building, is subjected to emotionally stressful impact by demonstrating to them information perceived by sense organs. Their level of anxiety and stress is first increased by their disposing or preparation to performing solo and/or duet, and/or choir to the audience of vocal part accompanied by music or without it. After that, in real time, provided is transmission and playback of audio or also video signal, corresponding to the said performance, to, as minimum, one located in other population aggregation, in other country or on other continent/island building, including the audience, among which there are local residents and which is also equipped with similar devices. At the same time, on the monitor or screen, mentioned first, in real time, shown are events, connected with the audience, mentioned second, in identical way increased is level of anxiety and stress of another training participant or other person, who is not a professional vocalist, staying in building, mentioned second, included at the moment of performance by training participant, mentioned first, into the audience, mentioned second, and living in corresponding population aggregation. Performance is transmitted and played in the building, mentioned first, and on the monitor or screen, mentioned second, in real time, shown are events, connected with the audience mentioned first. Training is held for, as minimum, one session, with duration from 0.1 to 6 hours.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to elaborate skills of perceiving without prejudice, change attitude to foreigners, stereotypes and picture of the world, harmonise personality, increase self-consciousness.
