FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for diagnostics of posttraumatic stress-induced injury (PTSI). Stress situation, psychic trauma experiences are detected in patient anamnesis. In addition point number is evaluated according to questionnaire Mississippi scale. If PTSI is diagnosed, course is detected by duration experiences caused by severe, very severe, or catastrophic stress situation of acute and/or chronic character, or their combination associated with these experiences. Differentiated approach to diagnostics of clinical stages and PTSI severity level enables to realise differentiated approaches to treatment and rehabilitation of victims since each clinical stage and each severity level are necessary to be corresponded to PTSI pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy principles.
EFFECT: way provides more accurate clinical diagnostics of injuries caused by stress situations.
