FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to correctional psychology, medical psychology, psychotherapy, and can be used in psychological adjustment, psychological correction of pathological state of personality associated with a burnout syndrome - occupational and personality deformations, crises, prolonged distresses. The first stage involves identifying unconscious motive of the future training participants to change negative cogitative, emotional and behaviour stereotypes by individual counselling the future training participants. Thereafter, the unconscious motive of the future training participants is transformed in a conscious framed decision on burnout state transformation. At the second stage, the training participants grouped in two and three form a visual image of bodily sensations - "a point of support", as an individual "anchor" of bodily comfort in each participant whereto a participant could be referred back throughout the whole training; it is followed with forming a self-suggestion formula of desired state change of each participant. At the third stage, the training participants are taught to an ecological approach to emotional states - both proper, and of other people, provided with notions of specificity of the emotional mentality, experiences, trained in skills: investigation, comprehension, recognition, identification of proper emotional states, exact verbalisation, in skills of going through a psychophysiological and emotional state, controlling the states. The fourth stage includes training of victimised subpersonality comprehension, on identification of its characteristic cogitative, emotional, behaviour stereotypes, their interrelation follow, their correction, providing the environment by arranging the exercises in groups of two and three for comprehension of victimised subpersonality and preconceived perception of the world and other people to be corrected to constructive and creative personality aims. The fifth stage presents training of controlling subpersonality comprehension within a Super Ego structure and identification of its characteristic cogitative, emotional, behavior stereotypes, assignment of their interrelation follow, provision of the environment through arranging the exercises in groups of two and three for comprehension of violence motivation presented by a given subpersonality. At the sixth stage, the training participants are examined for a principal personal myth, its main characters, a vector and substantial events of a; the vector, emotional background of the myth and life scenario are corrected to the positive, optimistic side through comprehension and escape from a mythical role. At the seventh stage, a training approach is used to find internal subpersonality hierarchy structures of each training participant by the exercises and graphic techniques; investigation, comprehension, understanding of multidirectional motivations, believes, cogitative, emotional and behavior manifestations are arranged by the exercises and discussions; the internal hierarchy structures are corrected by the dramatisation exercises to be discussed thereafter. At the eighth stage, the training participants are arranged to train respiratory techniques, body therapy techniques, with fixing the decision to follow a new, optimistic personal myth and life scenario, intensifying an initial resource body experience, forming new skills of fair interactions and mutual relations, helping the training participants to define the new positive life purposes and life senses; and throughout the whole psychological correction between trainings each participant is counselled individually once every 1.5 weeks, while each stage of trainings is performed two days running, for 8 hours a day, over 1-1.5 months.
EFFECT: method allows higher effectiveness of psychological correction of burnout state as manifesting occupational and personality deformation and ensured reliable effect and systemic positive changes in life activity of a person.
