SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in scanning the sheet by fiber-optics laser at continuous waves in TEM00 mode at wave length λ within band of 1.07 mcm ≤λ≤2,10 mcm perpendicularly to direction of rolling of sheet at constant interval between lines at scanning; diameter d (mm) of focused spot in direction of rolling, linear velocity V (mm/s) of scanning by laser beam, average output power P (W) of laser, width of formed traces of scribing by laser or width W1 (mm) of electrical domains and interval P1 (mm) between traces of scribing by laser are within the following ranges: 0<d≤0,2; 0,001≤P/V≤0,012; 0<W1≤0,20; 1,5<Р1≤11,0.
EFFECT: low losses in core in irregular eddy currents and for hysteresis lag.
