FIELD: production of chemical filaments and threads, in particular, equipment for forming, texturing and textile processing of filaments followed by interweaving of filaments into complex thread.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing with drop cover faced with vibration damping and sound absorbing materials, thread conducting channel sealing means, slit-type thread entrance and exit eyelets arranged on casing end walls, nozzle positioned within casing on plate and equipped with charging slit, thread conducting channel, and compressed air feeding nozzles. Singular sound absorbers are fixed on cover and nozzle plate. Sound absorbing members, used as sound absorbing material of casing and cover, as well as of singular sound absorbers fixed at both sides of nozzle plate, are made from basalt-base mineral wool, or mineral wool, basalt wool, or glass wool faced with glass felt, or foamed polymer such as polyethylene or polypropylene, or said sound absorbing members are made from soft foamed porous sound absorbing polyurethane foam or polyethylene foam, or from rigid porous sound absorbing material such as foam aluminum, or from materials based on aluminum-containing alloys, followed by filling them with titanium hydrate or air.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in sound suppression and enhanced strength of sound absorbing materials.
