DEVICE FOR PNEUMATIC ENTANGLEMENT OF FILAMENT YARNS Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC D02G1/16

Abstract RU 2656569 C1

FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of chemical fibers and yarns, in particular to equipment for forming, texturing and textile processing for interlacing filaments in a complex yarn. In a device for padding of complex threads comprising a housing with a hinged lid lined with vibration damping and sound-absorbing materials, a means for sealing the threading channel, slotted eyes for the entrance and exit of the thread located on the end walls of the body, installed in the body on the plate, a nozzle with a filling slot, a threading channel and nozzles for supplying compressed air, and on the cover and the plate of the nozzle are fixed piece sound absorbers, the sound-absorbing element of the casing is made in the form of rigid and perforated walls, between which there are two layers: a sound-reflecting layer adjacent to the rigid wall, and adjacent to the perforated wall sound-absorbing layer, wherein the sound-reflecting material layer is made with a complex shape consisting of uniformly distributed hollow tetrahedra, allowing to reflect the incident in all directions sound waves, perforated wall has following perforation parameters: hole diameter of 3÷7 mm, perforation percentage of 10÷15 %, as for the shape the holes can be circular, triangular, square, rectangular or diamond-shaped, wherein in case of non-circular holes, maximum diameter of circle inscribed into polygon shall be considered as nominal diameter, and as a sound absorbing material, mineral wool is used on a basalt basis, or mineral wool, or basalt wool, or glass wool with glass wool lining or foamed polymer, polyethylene or polypropylene, at that, the fibrous sound absorbers surface is treated with air permeable porous paints, or is covered with air permeable fabrics or non-woven materials, while a porous noise-absorbing material, for example foam aluminum, or cermet, is used as the sound-absorbing material of the sound-absorbing element of the casing, or stone-shell limestone with the porosity degree within the range of optimal values: 30÷45 %, or metal foam, or material in form of compacted crumbs from solid damping material, for example, polyurethane elastomer elastrons, wherein the size of crumb fractions lies in the optimal range of values: 0.3–2.5 mm, and the porous mineral piece materials can also be used, for example, pumice, vermiculite, kaolin, slag with cement or other astringent or synthetic fibers, while a material based on aluminum-containing alloys is used as a sound-reflecting material of the sound-absorbing element of the casing, followed by filling with titanium hydride or air with a density within 0.5…0.9 kg/m3 with the following strength properties: compressive strength within 5…10 MPa, bending strength within 10…20 MPa, for example foam aluminum, or soundproofing plates based on a glass staple fiber of the type "Shumostop" with a material density of 60÷80 kg/m3.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of sound attenuation and sound absorber stability.
