SUBSTANCE: device for pneumo-intertwining of filament yarn is comprised of a housing with a hinged lid, lined with vibration damping and sound absorbing materials, sealants for the thread-guide channel, thread eyes for entering and exiting threads located on the end housing walls, a nozzle with a filling slot mounted on the housing, thread-eye channel and nozzles for supplying compressed air, and piece sound absorbers are fixed on the lid and plate of the nozzle, as sound-absorbing material of the housing and cover material, as well as fixed on the plate nozzles on both sides of the piece sound absorbers sound-absorbing elements of mineral, basalt or glass wool with glass fiber lining or foamed polymer are used, the sound-absorbing element over its entire surface is lined with acoustically transparent material, for example glass-fiber or polymer, or from soft foamed porous sound-absorbing material, for example, foamed polyurethane foam or polyethylene foam, or from a rigid porous sound-absorbing material, for example, foam aluminium, or on the basis of aluminium-containing alloys, followed by filling them with titanium hydride or air. The sound-absorbing material on the inner surfaces of the housing and cover, as well as of piece sound absorbers is made in the form of crumbs from hard vibrating damping materials, placed in a sheath of translucent material. According to the invention, the sound-absorbing element of the cover is made in the form of a rigid and perforated walls, between which there are two layers: a sound-reflecting layer adjacent to the rigid wall and an acoustic-absorbing layer adjacent to the perforated wall, the sound-reflecting material layer is made of a complex profile consisting of uniformly distributed hollow tetrahedra that allow to reflect the sound waves falling in all directions, and the perforated wall has the following perforation parameters: the hole diameter is 3÷7 mm, the perforation percentage is 10÷15%, and the holes can be made in the form of round, triangular, square, rectangular or diamond-shaped profile holes, while in the case of non-circular holes, the maximum diameter of the circle inscribed in the polygon should be considered as nominal diameter, and mineral wool on a basalt basis or glass wool with glass-fiber lining or foamed polymer is used as a sound absorbing material, while the surface of fibrous sound absorbents is treated with special porous paints that pass air or is covered with air-permeable fabrics or nonwovens.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of noise suppression and absorber resistance.
