FIELD: drilling and blasting operations in hard rocks, applicable in various branches of industry using blasting operations in hard rocks.
SUBSTANCE: the slit stemming is made in the form of a cylinder cut lengthwise, consisting at least of three parts of the same dimension, suspended with the aid of flexible tie-rods placed on the tapered plug in the cylinder cavity. A hollow brace cone coupled to a tubular tie-rod having a thread for a nut on the upper end and freely passing through the axial duct of the tapered plug is inserted in the cylinder cavity from the bottom. A conductor of the initiating impulse is passed through the tie-rod. The cylinder and the tapered plug are made of metal or plastic material. The brace cone is made of metal.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of blast crushing of rocks due to a complete locking of the detonation products in the charge cavity up to the moment of complete destruction of the surrounding rock.
