FIELD: mining; other industries; methods and devices for production of the mass explosions.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of drilling-and-blasting operations in the strong rocks and may be used in the various branches of industry applying the drilling-and-blasting operations in the mountain ranges of the rocks. The mechanism used for the durable closing of the products of detonation includes the cylinder with the axial cavity and the conical expansions. The conical expansions are made on the both ends of the cylinder and each of them has no less than three longitudinal slits. The hollow spacing cone is inserted in the lower conical expansion. The hollow spacing cone is connected to the thick wall pipe, the upper end of which is supplied with the nut. At that the thick wall pipe is freely passing through the axial channel of the conical plug inserted into the upper conical spacing. The conical plug has the flute closed by the detachable cover with the mechanical latch and the electronic blocking unit and with the capability to mount on the place of the detachable cover of the detachable mounting loop with the flexible link. The detachable cover is made with the flat surface along the diameter of the conical plug. The stemming of each borehole is exercised by mounting of the mechanisms for the durable closing the products of the detonation with its preliminary wedging out in the borehole. The conductor of the initiating impulse is placed in the flute in the mechanism, and the flute is closed by the detachable cover with the mechanical latch and the electronic blocking unit. Before beginning of the wiring of the explosion trigging circuit the electronic blocking, unlatch the mechanical latch on the mechanism, lift off the cover for reusage and put on its place the mounting loop with flexible linkage. Then pull out the conductor of the initiating impulse from the flute in the mechanism and start the wiring of the surface explosion trigging circuit. Upon termination of the wiring of the surface explosion trigging circuit each mechanism is connected by the flexible linkage with the connection element arranged between the boreholes. At that each mechanisms of the boreholes of each stage of the slowing-down is connected with its own connection element. The connection elements are made out of the motor car tires, and the flexible linkages are made out of the metallic cable ropes or the thin chains. The connection elements after explosion are removed from the surface of the blown up block and together with them they extract from the rock mass of the mechanisms for the durable closing of the products of detonation for their re-usage. The invention allows reliably protecting the borehole explosion trigging circuit from the unauthorized use, to improve safety of the drilling-and-blasting operations and efficiency of crushing of the rocks.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the reliable protection of the borehole explosion trigging circuit from the unauthorized use, the improved safety of the drilling-and-blasting operations and efficiency of crushing of the rocks.
