FIELD: measuring technique.

SUBSTANCE: amplitude characteristic A0 of free induction signal (FIS) is measured from standard volume V0 of liquid in measuring container (MC). Necessary amount of prepared sample of rocks is placed into fluoride organic oil (FOO) till reaching standard level and excess liquid is removed. Amplitude A1 if FIS is measured from volume V1 of FOO, which volume is kept among particles of specimen, and volume Vrest is evaluated on base of ratio of Vrest=A0-A1/A0=1-V1/V0. Nuclear magnetic resonance equipment is adjusted for resonance conditions of nuclei of H-containing liquid, which liquid fills in porous space of rocks to be estimated. Area characteristic of FIS is measured on base of threshold volume Vthr of H-containing liquid in it. Measured value of the characteristic is used to estimate the volume by means of volumetric-area palette. Rocks specimen open porosity coefficient is determined on base of comparison of estimated values of threshold volume and volume of the sample in automatic mode using relation of Kp=Vp/Vrest.

EFFECT: reduced power of radiation dosage; reduced sizes.
