FIELD: the invention refers to the field of production of epitaxial monocrystal films for measuring x-ray radiation, gamma radiation, corpuscular and space radiations and industrially applicable for manufacturing detectors of nuclear participles, neutrons, α- and β-particles, γ-quantums, scintillation and x-ray screens.
SUBSTANCE: the converter of high-energy particles has a monocrystal substrate 1, an epitaxial film 2 and also additional films 3,4 and 5. The epitaxial film has ions of lead and/or bismuth. At that the epitaxial film has also at least one chemical element out of the group Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Tb, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Ti, V, Cr, Vo, W, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd, Sn and Sb. The production of the film proposes placing of the isomorphous monocrystal substrate into a super-cooled solution-melt at least two times during the period of time from 0,1 to 100 min. The mixture for preparing the solution-melt has PbO and/or Bi2O3, B2O3 and at least one crystal forming oxide.
EFFECT: increases effectiveness of converting high-energy particles into radiation of luminescence visual diapason.
