SUBSTANCE: proposed electromagnet has magnetic system with operating air gap incorporating magnetically soft body, core, support and through flanges wherein magnetic field is set up by two cumulatively connected coils wound in their respective sections, magnetically soft flange being disposed between them; one of coils functions as control coil and other one is polarizing coil; the latter and intermediate flange enclose electromagnet core or armature.
EFFECT: enhanced speed.
