FIELD: technical cybernetics and radio engineering, possible use for building devices for automatic correction of frequency distortions occurring in, for example, sound amplification channels.
SUBSTANCE: method includes comparing spectrum of original signal to spectrum of resulting signal, generated after distorting channel. Comparison results are used for influencing the original signal for changing ratios of its spectrum components. One of variants of the method is to determine normalized spectrums. Two spectrum analyzers, controllable frequency corrector, comparison block and control block are main component parts of the device.
EFFECT: automatic correction of amplitude-frequency distortions introduced by real distorting channel, without usage of special test signal.
