FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out open reduction of fracture and osteosynthesis using bone surface metalware or external fixation apparatus. Bone fragments and splitters reduction and bringing them into anatomical norm and providing compression is carried out by means of one or several yoke members. Yoke member has lag screw unit. Osteosynthesis being done, yoke member is released and withdrawn from wound.
EFFECT: high reduction accuracy; convenient temporary bone fragment retention and stable fixation.
