FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: one should introduce rods into medullary canals of radial and elbow bones, perform reposition of fragments, conduct percutaneous perforation of distal metaphyses of radial and elbow bones, introduce flexible rods with curved end into medullary canals, the value of deviation does not exceed three fourths against the diameter of medullary canal of broken bone, direct the rods towards the rear side to push them up to the line of fracture. Then on should rotate and direct the curved end towards the side of shift of proximal fragments followed by closed reposition. Finally, one should apply rods into proximal fragments. The present innovation enables to decrease the risk for appearance of purulent-septic complications and avoid disorders in bone growth.
EFFECT: decreased traumaticity level.
