FIELD: pharmaceutical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mixture of Ziziphus jujube Mill. fruit extracts, which have antiulcer and anti-inflammatory activity. A mixture of extracts of Ziziphus jujube Mill. fruits, which has antiulcer and anti-inflammatory activity containing the following components: subcritical CO2 — an extract of common jujube fruits, standardized for squalene with a squalene content of at least 0.8 wt. %; alcoholic extract of common jujube fruits, standardized by the amount of flavonoids with the content of the amount of flavonoids in terms of rutin of at least 0.3 wt. %; thick extract of common jujube fruits, standardized by the amount of triterpene saponins with the content of the amount of triterpene saponins in terms of aglycone of at least 2.0 wt. %; dry extract of common jujube fruits, standardized by the amount of polysaccharides with a total polysaccharide content of at least 65.0 wt. %; in the ratio of extracts 6:27:27:40, and the subcritical CO2 extract of common jujube fruits was obtained at 65 MPa 23–28°C; alcoholic extract of common jujube fruits was obtained by extraction with 70% alcohol of common jujube fruit meal after the CO2 extraction stage, in the ratio of raw material: extractant 1:10; a thick extract of common jujube fruits was obtained by extraction with 40% ethyl alcohol of common jujube fruit meal after the extraction stage with 70% ethyl alcohol, in the ratio of raw material:extractant 1:10; dry extract of common jujube fruits obtained by extraction with water of purified fruit meal after the extraction stage with 40% ethyl alcohol, in the ratio of raw material:extractant 1:20 at a temperature of not more than 50°C.

EFFECT: above mixture has a pronounced anti-ulcer and anti-inflammatory activity.
