SUBSTANCE: device comprises reactor, at least one separator of solid phase mounted downstream of the reactor, circuit for recirculation of the solid phase, hopper for collecting solid phase connected with at least one separator of solid phase and circuit for recirculation of solid phase, at least one pipeline that connects the hopper for collecting the solid phase with the reactor, and means for recirculation gases that is mounted in at least one pipeline for the recirculation of gas that transports the finest particles of the reagent from the hopper for collecting the solid phase to the reactor. The end section of the pipeline connected with the hopper is mounted above the site of junction of the hopper with the circuit for recirculation of solid phase.
