FIELD: dust trapping processes and equipment, possibly used in chemical, food making, textile and other industry branches for cleaning dust-laden gases.

SUBSTANCE: dust trapping unit includes cyclone and filter mutually connected through air conduit in such a way that to provide connection of outlet of cyclone with inlet of filter. Cyclone includes inlet branch pipe, outlet branch pipe, helical lid, exhaust tube, cylindrical and cone portions of housing. Ring mounted on cylindrical portion of housing supports vibration exciter with control unit. The whole cyclone is suspended by means of springs with use of beam joined with outlet branch pipe. Filter is in the form of filtering cartridge.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of dust trapping.
