FIELD: natural gas industry; other industries; production of the dust-catching devices.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the dust catching equipment, in particular, to the dust catching installation. The dust catching installation consists of the cyclone and the fine screen connected to each other by the air duct in such a manner, that the outlet of the cyclone is connected to the inlet of the screen. The cyclone contains: the body consisting of the cylindrical and conical parts; arranged in its upper part the peripheral inlet of the gas stream and the axial outlet fitting pipe of the purified gas; the acoustic column, which in its lower part is connected to the axial outlet fitting pipe of the purified gas and contains the conical fender washer mounted with its bigger base in the lower base of the acoustic column; and the concavity formed by the surfaces of the fender washer and the column is linked by the bypass shoe with the peripheral inlet of the gas stream. In the upper part of the acoustic column there is the outlet fitting pipe of the purified gas and the generator of the sound vibrations connected to the control unit. On the cylindrical part of the body there is the fixed ring rigidly linked through the brackets with the base or the stand; and the rest cylindrical part of the body with the conical part are fixed to the ring by means of the additional ring and the resilient component. At that the vibrator with the control unit is arranged on the ring, which is rigidly linked with the conical part of the cyclone and with the base through the resilient component. The fine screen has the form of the sleeve-type screen. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of the dust catching.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of the dust catching.
