FIELD: welding processes and equipment, namely control system designed for controlling machine for changing spatial position of worked part being welded by welding robot.
SUBSTANCE: control system includes members for detecting welding torch in large number of places in housing. Large number of tubes for air supply are used. Ends of said tubes are communicated to air source and their other ends with aperture are designed for feeding air to working machine. Electromagnetic opening/closing valves are arranged in mean portion of each tube for air feeding. Control unit receives signals from members for detecting torch and it feeds control signals to predetermined electromagnetic opening/closing valves. Members for detecting welding torch include large number of optical sensors capable for detecting torch in two places. Control unit forms predetermined control signal when detection signals are fed simultaneously from respective optical sensors.
EFFECT: simplified design of system capable for controlling even when splashes are occurred at welding process.
