FIELD: metal welding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for welding metals, namely to portable welding robots. Collaborative welding device comprises apparatus for welding in protective gases, a manipulator with a welding torch, a cylinder with a protective gas and a control unit of the welding apparatus, which are placed on a platform which is movable in horizontal and vertical planes. Manipulator with welding torch is mounted on magnetic cushion with possibility of its movement together with magnetic cushion from platform to welding zone and fixation by means of said magnetic cushion on ferromagnetic surface of table or welded part. Magnetic pad can be pivotally connected to the base of the manipulator with the possibility of adjusting the angle of inclination of the base of the magnetic pad relative to the manipulator. Magnetic pad can be sectional, wherein each section is made in the form of a separate housing with a magnet inside.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of autonomous use of the welding robot on hard-to-reach areas of welding works.
