FIELD: welding processes and equipment, namely welding wire composition.
SUBSTANCE: complex-alloy nickel-base refractory alloys for welding corrosion-proof austenite steels and nickel-base refractory alloys. Welding wire composition contains, mass.% : carbon, 0.005 - 0.03; silicon, 0.10 -0.30; manganese, 1.8 - 6.5; chrome, 18.0 - 22.0; niobium, 2.0 - 3.5; molybdenum, 3.0 - 6.0; tungsten, 0.8 - 3.0; calcium, 0.001 - 0.1; magnesium, 0.001 - 0.1; yttrium, 0.005 - 0.1; cerium, 0.005 - 0.1, nickel and additives, the balance. Total content of calcium, yttrium, cerium and magnesium is to be equal to 0.15 or less. Total content of manganese, molybdenum and tungsten is to be in range 7.5 - 13.0. Relation of niobium content to carbon content is equal to 100 or more. Invention provides lowered trend to hot cracking at long operation in temperature range 550 - 750° C.
EFFECT: lowered trend of seam metal to thermal embitterment, to hot cracking and to inter-crystallite corrosion.
