FIELD: abrasive-gas treatment of large size metallic structures in different media.

SUBSTANCE: plant includes compressed gas source communicated through shutter device with reservoirs for abrasive material and with spray gun. The last includes body with branch pipes for supplying abrasive - gas mixture and compressed gas; chamber where jet is arranged and super-sonic nozzle having narrowed inlet portion, critical section and outlet cone portion. At inlet of branch pipe for supplying abrasive-gas mixture T-piece with ball cock communicated with environment is arranged. Outlet cone portion of supersonic nozzle of spray gun is provided with over-expansion nozzle being in the form of two mounted along the same axis different-diameter cylindrical parts. Relation of length of cylindrical part of over-expansion nozzle with small diameter to length of cylindrical part with large diameter is in range 0.4 - 0.55. Plane of outlet opening of jet is protruded relative to critical section of super-sonic nozzle in direction to outlet part by 4 - 5 mm. In outlet part of over-expansion nozzle perforated adapter with radial openings is mounted.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of plant, enhanced effectiveness of treatment, lowered expenses.
