FIELD: glaze compositions used in ceramic industry for covering products of decorative, decorative-utilitarian and industrial purposes.

SUBSTANCE: glaze contains following components, mass %: SiO₂ 45,24-50,50; Al₂O₃ 7,66-9,40; B₂O₃ 14,20-15,83; CaO 10,71-12,41; MgO 0,22-0,44; Na₂O 2,62-3,81; K₂O 1,84-2,06; Fe₂O₃ 1,94-4,06; TiO₂ 0,36-1,84; FeO 0,41-3,75; P₂O₅ 0,01-0,03; V₂O₅ 0,03-0,04; CoO 1,97-3,75; Mn₂O₃ 1,97-3,75; MnO 0,04-0,26. Stock for preparing the glaze contains, mass %: nepheline concentrate 20,56-23,64; quartz concentrate 29,73-33,60; boric acid 20,56-23,64; calcium oxide 12,85-14,90; cobalt oxide 2,36-4,50 and manganese oxide 2,36-4,50.

EFFECT: increased heat resistance of glaze up to 700-715° Coefficient, flowability up to 300-330 mm and increased decorativeness due to extension of color gamma from olive-green to dark green and dark blue colors with white crystalline enclosures.
