FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes a cast glass-crystalline material containing oxides of silicon, magnesium, aluminum, titanium, manganese and having in structure spinel phases, wherein it additionally contains oxides of calcium, iron (II), iron (III), sodium, potassium, chromium, vanadium, sulfur S2 in compound Fe2S, with the following ratio of ingredients, wt%: SiO2 43.0–46.0; MgO 12.0–16.0; Al2O3 10.0–17.0; CaO 9.0–15.0; FeO 3.0–7.0; Fe2O3 1.0–1.2; TiO2 0.4–0.8; Na2O 0.3–1.0; K2O 0.33–1.10; MnO 0.20–0.30; Cr2O3 2.4–3.0; V2O5 0.1–0.2; S2- 0.02–0.06 (in Fe2S compound), wherein its structure contains spinel phases in crystalline spherolith components with size of 4–7.5 mcm, consisting of two phases: spherolith nucleus – spinelid with size of 2–3 mcm and spherolith shell– pyroxenide with size of 2–4.5 mcm, and the thickness of the glass-phase interlayer between spherulites is 5–7 mcm.
EFFECT: obtaining cast glass-crystalline material having the ability to absorb impact kinetic energy and high wear resistance without using scarce and / or expensive and / or toxic components.
