FIELD: construction materials industry; methods for production of the gypsum and anhydrite binding agents.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of production of the construction materials, in particular, to the method of production of the gypsum and anhydrite binding agents from the natural raw material or the industrial wastes containing the calcium sulfate: the phosphogypsum, borogypsum, energogypsum, etc. The technical result of the invention is provision of production of the qualitative anhydrite cement and gypsum binding agents of "Г2" and "ГЗ" brands, decrease of the total power and fuel inputs, the increased productivity and reduction of the produced agents prime cost. The method of the simultaneous production of the anhydrite cement and the gypsum binding agents provides for production of the anhydrite cement by burning of the raw material in the countercurrent rotating furnace and the gypsum binding agents by separation of the solid particles from the air-dust mixture in the dust-settling aggregate. The mode of the burning is set so, that the temperature of the anhydrite cement at the outlet of the rotating furnace makes 600-1000°С, and the temperature of the gypsum binding agent in the dust-settling aggregate is 160 190°С.

EFFECT: the invention ensures provision of production of the qualitative anhydrite cement and gypsum binding agents of "Г2" and "ГЗ" brands, decrease of the total power and fuel inputs, the increased productivity and reduction of the produced agents prime cost.
