FIELD: construction materials industry; production of dry construction admixture.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of production of construction materials, namely, to production of the dry construction mixtures and may find application at preparation of the building mortar and fine-grained concretes. The technical result of the invention is plasticization of the mortar mixture, formation of the resilient interlayers between the crystalline new formations of the cement, shutting the pores of the cement stone, reduction of the water adsorption of the mortar, which ensures the increased strength and the freeze resistance of the materials. The dry construction mixture including the cement and the sand additionally contains the fine additive with the specific surface of no less than 300 m2/kg, containing the limestone and the polyvinyl alcohol at the following components ratio (in mass %): cement - 15.99-23.72, sand - 71.16-79.95, limestone - 4-498, polyvinyl alcohol - 0.06-0.14.
EFFECT: the invention ensures plasticization of the mortar mixture, formation of the resilient interlayers between the crystalline new formations of the cement, the shutting the pores of the cement stone, reduction of the water adsorption of the mortar, the increased strength and the freeze resistance of the materials.
