FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials, in particular, to raw material mixture for preparation of heavy-weight concretes, and can be applied in building industry. Raw material mixture for preparation of heavy-weight concrete, which includes cement, filler, filler from milled limestone and water, with raw material mixture being formed from three types of dry mixture - cement-sand-gravel matrix, microfiller, which consists of fine mixture of limestone and broken glass, and from reinforcing elements, which consist of coarse-dispersion mixture, including fibres of ferrite- product of ferrite rods crushing and quartz microplates - product of quartz crushing, tempered with water, with the following ratio of components, wt %: cement - 10-25, matrix filler -55-70, microfiller - fine dispersion - fine miller mixture from broken glass and wastes of limestone in ratio 1:2.5 - 10-15, reinforcing elements - coarse - dispersion mixture from microfibers of ferrite and quartz microplates in ratio 1:1 - 3-5, water - the remaining part.
EFFECT: increase of structure durability, moldability and crack resistance of concrete, ability to repulse change of tensely- deformed condition of concrete in work construction.
