FIELD: method for continuous gradual stretching and drying of technical leathers and device for realization of method.

SUBSTANCE: method for continuous gradual stretching and drying of technical leathers and similar products includes at least one stage (b) of initial partial drying of fully moistened leathers, supplied after being processed by liquids, for example, for tanning, retanning or coloring, until their relative moisture decreases down to value ranging from 45 to 65%. Then the method includes at least one stage (g) of final stretching of leathers by means of localized mechanical forces, capable of preventing the shrinking deformation being the result of partial drying. After stage (b) of initial partial drying at least one intermediate stretching stage (c) is executed, which is followed by intermediate partial drying (d). The final operation of the method is followed by at least one stage (e) of intermediate stretching until the passage of stage (f), which includes final drying and heat fixing of leathers, and also final stretching and softening (g) of fully dried leathers. After all operations of the method, fully dried and stretched leathers are stacked. The method is realized by means of device which includes device for extracting and transferring moistened leathers, devices for drying leathers and devices for continuous stretching of leathers, all devices are made with consideration of features of method in amount required for realization of all operations of the method, and are positioned in accordance to features of method.

EFFECT: ensured production of high quality dried products with extremely short processing duration and low production costs.
