FIELD: encoding technologies.
SUBSTANCE: speech signal is divided on a series of frames, signal is created from speech signal in such a way, that impulses of main tine can by identified from created signal, position of last impulse of main tone of current frame and position of last impulse of main tone of previous frame are determined with link to created signal, optimal delay parameter value is determined in such a way, that delay curve of main tone, representing the change of delay of main tone in current frame, characterized by aforementioned optimal value of delay parameter, provides the least prediction error, when main tone delay curve is used for predicting position of last main tone impulse in previous frame.
EFFECT: ensured optimal quality and speed of sound signal transmission.
